Eather Group is a 15-year-old family business with long-term contracts on many major projects across Sydney. We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Civil Labourers to join our team.
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid NSW Drivers licence and own transport
- General Construction Induction Card (White card)
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labour
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
PREFERRED
- Previous experience in civil or construction labouring
- Additional tickets (e.g. traffic control, excavator, roller) are a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of construction sites
- Perform manual labour such as digging, trenching, and moving materials
- Operate basic tools and machinery (if ticketed)
- Follow safety procedures and site instructions
- Support tradespeople and machine operators as required
