We’re so proud of Abby-Rose Willett and Sally-ann Eather, who have graduated from the Civil Contractors Federation NSW Women in Civil Mentoring Program.
Having been paired up with an industry professional, Abby-Rose used this experience to set career goals, expand her professional network, and better understand the construction industry, which she entered when starting with us as a dump truck operator in October last year.
Sally-ann participated as a mentor this year, sharing her experiences with a young woman entering our industry.
Congratulations to both Abby-Rose and Sally-ann for stepping outside of their comfort zones and getting the most out of this program.
