Health, especially mental wellness, is really important to us at Eather Group. In such a high-risk industry, we recognise the need to regularly check in and provide accessible resources for the benefit of our entire team.
At our biannual Town Hall on Saturday, we welcomed Melissa from Healthy Heads in Trucks and Sheds, which is an organisation dedicated to addressing the specific mental health and physical wellbeing needs of the transport, warehousing and logistics sector.
Melissa talked to us about some of the risk factors in our industry, strategies to manage our own wellbeing, some warning signs to look out for in others, and how we might be able to support our mates.
