As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Casual Data Entry Administration Assistant to join our team and support our administrative processes.
This role will be based out of our head office in Llandilo, and being a casual position we can offer flexible days and hours.
- Data Entry: Accurately enter data from various sources e.g. docket books, into company databases and systems
- Database Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain databases
- Record Keeping: Organise physical and digital records of important documents, invoices, and other relevant paperwork.
- Quality Assurance: Review data for errors or inconsistencies and make necessary corrections or escalate to the appropriate team members.
- Filing and Organising: Maintain a systematic filing system for documents.
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements when handling sensitive or confidential information.
- Efficiency Enhancement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest strategies to enhance data entry and administrative workflows.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with the construction or transport industry will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in computer systems, including data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
